I used a method very similar to that post. I made the overall width 1024, the picture space width 700 and the last column I left at 220. The picture size I limited to 650. I'd have to check all this again to be sure. I went to Picasa where the pictures are stored for blogger found a picture I'd up loaded earlier and used the embed image link. I pasted it in to the create blog space, cut out a bunch of junk, added a size limiter statement and it worked. It took several tries but it seems to work. Picasa has a Mac uploader program so I'll use that to upload and a link to Picasa to select the image and copy the embed image link.
